This one year course will cover Life Science preparing students for future science courses such as biology. Topics include the cycling of matter and energy, ecosystems, cells, growth of plants and animals, how body systems work together, genetics, and earth history.
8th grade
This one year course will cover Physical Science preparing students for future science courses such as physics and chemistry. Topics include the energy of motion, gravity, electricity & magnetism, waves, thermal energy, and chemical energy & reactions.
