Yearbook Submissions for Extra Credit in Google Classroom

Yearbook Submissions for Extra Credit

If you would like a bit of extra credit, then you can submit yearbook photo(s) and descriptions in one of the three categories below. The links to the Google Forms to submit them are also below.

Do not submit the photos to me. You must submit them using the Google Forms below. Yearbook will give me a list of submissions, and that is how I will know to give you extra credit.
You may submit one entry in each category. That is the maximum. I will give you 2 points of extra credit per entry. The maximum is 10 points. That might not sound like a lot, but it is enough to raise one test grade by 10%!! Your photo must be of reasonably good quality. Don't submit photos that you know are bad. I won't count them.

--Sports
--Staying in Shape
--Dance
--Making It Personal with phone cases, stickers, and hair!
--Fashion and Style

HERE IS A BONUS!!!! You will be entered into Yearbook's drawing to win items such as airpods, hoodies, hydroflasks with stickers, LED lights for your room, etc.
